About me
I didn’t start hand-balancing until I was 29 years old, so I really understand what it feels like to be a little scared of what seems like being out of control and you questioning yourself,
“Why the hell is it so much harder than it looks?”
My journey actually started with yoga in 2011, I studied as an Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket teacher and completed over 800 hours of yoga teacher training with some of the world's greatest yoga teachers.
I fell in love with handstands in 2017, I regularly practice with some world-renowned handstand teachers, and now holding regular workshops on behalf of Sainaa (London School of Hand Balance) in Hampstead, London.
I’m very honoured and grateful to be a regular student of Sainaa (London School of Hand Balance), Yuval Ayalon and Miguel Sant'ana and their continued support.
People always ask me;
'WHY HANDSTANDS? When you already know how to handstand!'
For me, handstands are an art; it makes me feel strong, free and alive.
It’s all about the feeling!
Being in a handstand demands so much concentration and focus, that I can’t think about anything else!
It's a relentless pursuit, Trading Hours Of Practice For A Result Which Lasts Seconds, but the feeling of achievement is just the most incredible feeling.
I'd sacrifice anything for it!
I have been a member and supporter of the Bhakti yoga community since 2021.
Fully qualified with 800 RYT certified and have taught yoga since 2016.

WORKSHOPS
Workshops are typically 2 1/2 - 4 hours long and held in person at different venues by me or in collaboration with studios and gyms.

Training Program
These programs range from the simple 1-2-1 online class pass, which incorporates savings depending on the number of classes you pre-pay, to the more complex online training program.
The online training program, will provide you with an individual tailored training plan, which provides you with a roadmap to achieve your handstand goals.
EVENTS
In the community, I support a variety of charitable Yoga, Mindful, Bhakti events, and Festivals.
These are often taster lessons designed to introduce the essentials of:
And even get you to perform your first handstand, but mostly just have some fun!
Recordings
All video classes are based on my class structure, so you will feel right at home
Starting all with a 10-minute wrist and shoulder warm up, go into some alignment drills, holds on the wall & entries depending on which level you choose.
I have a variety of beginner and intermediate videos some of which are suitable for both levels.
Depending on the length they range between £6 - £10.
INTENSIVES & RETREATS
Future plans are to hold intensives and retreats in the United Kingdom and in exotic locations.
I'm now working with yoga and other movement teachers to provide a diverse and fulfilling experience at intensives and retreats.
